If our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. The prices you will be charged for products will be the actual prices displayed when you check-out on the day that you have confirmed an order, including any promotional offers if applicable. Our delivery staff will always make sure the delivery is received. However, in the event that they are not able to contact the recipient, our staff will wait for 15 minutes at the delivery address and attempt to contact you in the meantime in every way possible. After the 15mn has passed, our delivery staff will continue to deliver the next order to prevent other customers from being affected. Therefore, please make sure the phone number is correct. You can provide us with additional phone number in the \u201cDelivery Instruction\u201d window.<\/p>

In the event you contact our delivery staff after he has moved on, we reserve the right to consider the route and estimate the next delivery time which may cause a delay. Premium Delivery commits to make delivery to your doorstep including in office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments.
However, in some cases where the building security does not allow our delivery trucks or staff to elevate up or the building has no elevator, we will need to make the delivery at the concierge or the building lobby instead.<\/p>

As for multi-story buildings with no elevator, in case you prefer that our staff deliver your order to the upper floor, we reserve the right to make the delivery to the 2nd floor and limit the weight to 20 kg. per order.<\/p>
