      1. Turn on the oven to 180 C Fan to warm up to temp.<\/li>
      2. Sear the lamb rack on all sides, adding whole garlic cloves while searing to brown lightly. These garlic cloves will be used for the crumb mix.<\/li>
      3. Set the lamb aside for resting.<\/li>
      4. Blend all the crumb mix in the blender.<\/li>
      5. While still warm, brush the lamb with mustard and crum the mix all over.<\/li>
      6. Put in the oven for 30 mins or internal temperature 55 c<\/li>
      7. Rest for 10 mins before serving<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
