Initially, there were only three people in Phuket; now, we are seven, with more team members expected soon.<br \/><br \/>In the first period, I was a little bit scared, honestly. I didn&#8217;t know much about food, but fortunately, being Italian, I love to eat good food. I tried almost all the items in the catalog, which increased both my knowledge and my belly! Initially, our focus was on acquiring new customers, and we successfully grew our customer base from 90 to around 200.<br \/><br \/>Afterward, I worked on optimizing logistics.
